Directors of the Trustee Company
The TRUSTEE of the Combined Fund is a Company - Combined Fund Pty Ltd. There are 11 DIRECTORS of the Trustee Company, comprising:
- 5 who are elected by the Member Representative College,
and
- 5 who are elected by the Employer Representative College and
- 1 who is an Independent Director
Directors are elected for 3 years. However, four (2 from each Electoral College) retire each December 31st , and those positions then re-open for nomination.
